You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. This gives you plenty of time to inspect your jewelry and make sure it meets your expectations.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet these conditions:

  • Unused & Unworn: The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, boxes, and materials must be included
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order confirmation or receipt is required
  • Tags Attached: All manufacturer tags and labels must remain attached

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of fine jewelry, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom designed or specially created pieces
  • Personalized or engraved jewelry
  • Resized rings or modified items
  • Jewelry with visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Special order or made-to-order pieces
  • Repair or restoration services

How to Initiate a Return

  3. 3.Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address

  5. 5.Refund: Upon approval, we'll process your refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing

Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for items that qualify for a full refund.

Exchanges
